§ 01   What to Expect

How it works,
from first call to launch.

A plain-English walkthrough of what working with us actually looks like — timelines, deliverables, and what we'll ask of you.

Here's the truth: most church website projects get stuck because nobody tells you how it works until you're already signed up. We'd rather you know everything before you pay a dollar.

We've built over 150 church websites since 2008. Every project follows a similar rhythm — here's what yours will look like.

i.Discovery Call

A 20-minute conversation with Pastor Dave — not a sales pitch. We'll talk about your church, look at your current site, and ask where you feel stuck. If we're a fit, we'll send a proposal within 48 hours. If we're not, we'll tell you who might be.

ii.Website Build

Once you pick a plan, we start the site. A typical timeline is 4–6 weeks: two weeks on design, two on content and sermons, one on testing, one on launch. You'll have one point of contact the whole way through — usually Pastor Dave himself.

What you'll need to provide

Your logo (or we'll design one), existing content, photos of your building and people, any sermon archives you want imported, and a list of ministries or groups you want featured. That's it. We handle the rest.

iii.SEO & Google Ads

On the Pro and Partner plans, we set up Google Search Console, install proper analytics, optimize every page for search, and (on Partner) run a small Google Ads budget to get you found by people searching "churches near me" in your zip code.

Most of our Partner churches see meaningful new-visitor traffic within 60–90 days — measured in actual guests, not just pageviews.

iv.Social Media Strategy

If you're on the Partner plan, we'll manage a monthly social content calendar — 2 posts per week on Facebook + Instagram, drawn from your sermons, events, and member stories. We write the copy, pick the images, and schedule everything. You approve before it goes out.

v.IOE Studio — AI Tools

Every plan includes access to our in-house AI platform, IOE Studio, which gives you:

vi.Ongoing Support

Every plan includes 1-on-1 support. You'll have a direct phone number and email for Pastor Dave — not a ticket system, not a call center. If your site breaks on a Sunday morning, someone on our team will fix it before the 11am service ends.

vii.Why churches choose us

We tried Squarespace. We tried hiring a volunteer. We tried a big agency. None of them got that we're a church, not a small business. IOE did. — Associate Pastor, Presbyterian Church, FL

Every church-tech company says they understand churches. We actually are one — our founder has been an ordained minister for over a decade. The tone, pacing, and priorities of our work reflect that.
